Every event management services you need, run by one crew

Genio plans, builds, and operates every part of the event ourselves — sound, lighting, staging, décor, talent, and everything in between. 30+ event management services, one in-house team, nothing subcontracted out.

Our event management services run from corporate events and product launches to staging, LED screens, and special effects. All 29 are handled by Genio’s own crew in Kuala Lumpur, and the team that scopes your event is the team on site running it.

Frequently Asked Questions

For large-scale events like galas, conferences, or product launches, aim for 4–6 months out — that gives enough runway for venue coordination, permit applications, and full production planning. Smaller bookings, like a single AV rental or staging setup, can often be arranged within a few weeks. Peak season (November to February) fills up fastest, so earlier is always safer.
Yes — we’re headquartered in Kuala Lumpur, and Penang and Johor Bahru are active service areas. Wherever your event is, our in-house crew and equipment travel with the job rather than relying on a local subcontractor.
We do. Effects like pyrotechnics, CO2 bursts, and fog require sign-off from bodies like BOMBA (fire safety) and, depending on the venue, the local council — we manage those applications as part of the production, so you’re not left chasing paperwork.
Our in-house team runs sound, lighting, staging, and effects ourselves, so changes get resolved on the spot rather than routed through a subcontractor. Every event has a dedicated on-site lead managing the run-of-show in real time.
Event date, expected guest count, venue (confirmed or shortlisted), and which of the listed services you need — that’s enough for us to scope timeline and cost. A full production brief isn’t required to start the conversation.
